Lessee is strongly encouraged to incorporate, with
design sensitivity and accuracy of detailing, some
of the architectural elements noted in this section.
Architectural elevations must be in General Conformance
with the Elevations shown in this booklet and be approved
by the Developer. Details of the architectural elements
listed are available at the Lessee's request from
the developer architect, DFD Cornoyer Hedrick.

Proposed
individual Pad buildings shall match the Center architecture,
including details, materials, finishes, color, etc.
and shall require separate Site Plan approval.

Except for special occasions
and on a limited basis, there shall be no vending or
display of merchandise and no merchandise shall remain
outside of an enclosed building overnight.

|
Service entrance
sections shall be painted to match the building color
and/or screened from view.

Patio umbrellas shall
be solid colors and shall not have any advertising in
the form of signage or logos in locations visible from
public streets, as determined by and to the satisfactory
of the Lessor.

All roof top mechanical
equipment shall be completely screened by parapet walls
or within roof structure.

All ground mounted mechanical
equipment shall be completely screened by screen walls
with color and texture to match the building.
