Revised Comprehensive Sign Plan

The revised Master Sign Program will now allow tenants, who occupy space in a building that has a front, side or rear that faces Tangerine Road or Oracle Road, the opportunity to install wall signs for a maximum of two signs.

Wall signs facing Tangerine or Oracle can be 1 square feet in size for every 1 linear foot of store front. Specifics are on page 24 with regards to maximums for the size of tenant.
In comparison the signs on the front, or facing the parking lot, can by 1.5 sq. ft. for every 1 linear foot of frontage.
